Me and my family are looking to move from Costa Rica to Kauai. What I am looking for a cheaper place to stay (hard to do in Hawaii I know) that is close to a collage that I could study to become a nurse and a place for a fairly good surfer that is used to no larger than head high waves. I really havn’t looked into it to much yet. A website would be helpful.
